Survey Reveals Training Preferences and Needs of Business Owners
Entrepreneurs of mid-sized companies rated Strategic Planning the most in-demand business training program, with one-day, peer-to-peer learning the most preferred learning format. A survey commissioned by the Center for Entrepreneurship revealed that these companies significantly contribute to the economy in terms of wealth generation and job creation. This report helps to analyze the state of entrepreneurship in the medium-sized business sector. This research proves that a large number of dynamic mid-sized companies are leading economic revival. The study surveyed 112 entrepreneurs, each providing insights into their business-skills, personal development needs, and their preferred training formats. The survey included companies with annual revenues ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million.
