Delegation and Management in Entrepreneurial Companies

The Center for Entrepreneurship is organizing an event to discuss key topics in delegation and management within entrepreneurial companies. Featured speakers include Dmitry Agarunov, Owner of (game)land, who will discuss his approach to delegating duties, the qualities he looks for in hired managers, handling conflicts, and motivating management. Ekaterina Ryazantseva, Managing Partner of Anderson Partners, will cover the goal of delegating duties, common problems, steps in delegating authority, balancing interests, and motivation tips for retaining hired managers. Valery Lukovnikov, General Manager of New Idea Investment Group, will share his experience as a hired manager, providing insights on building relationships with entrepreneurs, minimizing conflicts, and integrating hired managers' services within a company. This event will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at the National Hotel St. Petersburg Room (2nd Floor), and the discussions will be conducted in Russian.
