Empowering Entrepreneurs with Comprehensive Business Strategy

Since 2005, The Center for Entrepreneurship has licensed and offered the FastTrac Planning business planning program. FastTrac programs are invaluable resources for entrepreneurs developed with contributions from numerous successful entrepreneurs sharing their knowledge and insights. In 1998, FastTrac won the Small Business Administration's Model of Excellence Award for Entrepreneurial Education. The FastTrac Planning program is a nine-module, 32.5-hour course enabling entrepreneurs to scrutinize every aspect of their companies and draft new business plans to meet current and future needs. Participants collaborate with a group of entrepreneurial peers and certified facilitators—individuals with significant business experience and understanding of entrepreneurial challenges. This supportive setting cultivates new business ideas, addresses areas requiring improvement, and establishes a robust decision-making foundation.

Additional Key Organizations Supporting Entrepreneurs

The FastTrac Planning program is just one of many initiatives put forth by The Center for Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs can also benefit from programs like the Startup Huddle, which fosters a supportive environment where entrepreneurs share ideas and receive constructive feedback. Another notable program is the Global Entrepreneurship Week, a global celebration of entrepreneurship marked by events and activities that inspire and support entrepreneurs in over 170 countries. Additionally, the Young Entrepreneurs Alliance offers young business enthusiasts opportunities to connect, learn, and grow in their entrepreneurial journeys. Each of these programs provides unique resources and networking opportunities, significantly contributing to the overall entrepreneurial ecosystem.
