Young Entrepreneurs Connect at Annual Conference
In October, 125 members of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) assembled for their annual conference. The event aimed to help entrepreneurs from various cities connect and become familiar with the organization. The unique feature of YEO is that it is not a lobbying organization, but a professional organization of entrepreneurs. Members openly share information about the ways they solve business problems. According to Brien Biondi, CEO of YEO, the biggest problem facing members is selecting and motivating personnel, followed by the search for financial resources for growth. Christian Courbois, founder of WestPost, and Vadim Artamonov of ABC Trading Group, shared their perspectives on the benefits of networking within YEO.
