Meet the Team Behind the Center for Entrepreneurship

The Center for Entrepreneurship is led by a diverse and talented team dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and fostering business growth. Their expertise spans various sectors, ensuring comprehensive support for budding and established entrepreneurs. Key members of the management team include Victor Sedov, President and Board Member; Eric Hansen, Vice President; Dr. Ray Smilor, Senior Fellow; Ron Bernstein, Treasurer and Secretary; Igor B. Yegorov, Office Director and Editor of the e-Bulletin; Elena Fomchenko, Office Director; Oksana Potapenko, Program Manager; Evgenia Sovetova, Director of Development; Alla Danilova, Project Coordinator for Youth Entrepreneurship Initiatives; Olga Aranzhereeva, Project Coordinator; Yana Leonenkova, Project Coordinator; Helen Bartold, Chief Accountant; and Svatlana Perevalova, Accountant.

Key Organizations and Contributions

Eric Hansen brings extensive international marketing management experience and earned his MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Dr. Ray Smilor, a recognized expert on entrepreneurship, is the Robert and Edith Schumacher Executive Faculty Fellow in Innovation and Technology at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and has held positions at prestigious institutions, including the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management and the University of Texas at Austin. Ron Bernstein, with his role in promoting employee ownership in various countries, has hosted multiple training programs to transform state-run enterprises into private ownership models. Igor B. Yegorov, before joining the Center for Entrepreneurship, worked with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
